The location was excellent and lovely - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Greatly enjoyed being close to a subway station.

The staff was excellent, requests were handled quickly, and the location was fantastic with the airport just 20 km away and a tube station nearby.

The staff was accommodating and exceptionally nice and always helped me. The venue's position was central. I randomly popped in Pastel de nata Jongno serving some pastries, located not very far from the hotel, it was nice.

The staff here are friendly, and the hotel has been recently renovated with amenities like air conditioning and a TV in the double rooms.

This place is in a fantastic location, right next to bus stops and the subway, close to Insadong Market, the Palace, dining options, and convenience stores in Jongno-Gu district.

The room was great, so clean and pretty, and it had everything I needed - central heating, lots of TV channels, and a fridge. The location here is amazing and the staff were really nice and helpful. 😊

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. The pictures online don't do them justice. Not only was there enough room to move around comfortably, but the bathroom was also a good size for two people to share. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of washing machines and dryers for guests to use, which made our stay even more convenient. The location of the hotel was fantastic too, with easy access to the Seoul metro, popular attractions, and a charming traditional neighborhood.

While there were many positives about this hotel, there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon. The cleanliness of the room, although overall good, seemed to lack attention to detail in some areas.

The room I booked was thoroughly clean, including under the beds, and had a TV and working air conditioning; the location was also excellent, within walking distance of Changdeokgung.
